• Equipment Maintenance Agreements: A full coverage contract that includes parts, labor, travel and on-site training with a tech.
• Onsite Service: Pay for labor and the parts as needed.
• Onsite Warranty Service: Repairs and replacements at your location within the timeframe of the standard equipment warranty.
• Installation Service: If requested, a GBC technician can install equipment at your location.
• Onsite or  Online Training: Engage in a hands-on training session with a subject matter expert at your location or learn at your own pace with online training videos, exercises and printable reference guides.
• ACCO Repair Center Rapid Replacement: Send equipment in for repair and get a refurbished machine to use in the meantime. Plus, the refurbished item is yours to keep even after repair is completed.
